Q1. Is there any difference between this model and the standard Illy Y3.3 machine?
This product is a limited-edition collaboration featuring Kakao Friends printing on the Illy Y3.3 machine.
All functions, specifications, warranty periods, and service terms are identical to the standard Illy Y3.3.
However, Illy capsules are not included.
Instead, a special set including the Kakao Friends glass and espresso cup is provided.
Q2. The character colors seem slightly different from the images. Is that normal?
Due to the special printing method using high-temperature compression, slight color differences or print variations may occur.
This is a normal production feature and not considered a defect.
Exchanges or returns for this reason are not accepted.
Q3. Can I use other brand capsules with this machine?
No. This machine is designed exclusively for Illy Iperespresso capsules.
Q4. Can I choose a different color for the machine?
No. The Kakao Friends edition is available only in white.
Q5. How can I check the manufacturing date?
You can find the manufacturing date printed on the bottom of the coffee machine box.
For this edition, production started in July 2025.
Q6. Is there a separate certificate for this collaboration edition?
Yes. The outer box includes a Kakao Friends official collaboration hologram sticker.
