5. Is it calculated on the music charts such as GATEON and HANTEO? 
Yes, we are a reseller of a main distributor in Korea who has registered most of music charts. 

6. Do you provide with a tracking number? 
Yes, we use a standard shipping, K-packet in Korea Post. 

7. My album is stuck with a custom process check and I got a notice for the declaration. What should I do? 
It is caused by a random check or the case that the album price is higher than the limitation of tax-free. 
You have to pay import tax sometimes and we may not be responsible for the tax. 
Each country has the law and limitation for import goods. (not by us) 
There is no benefit or reducing tax for us whether you pay import tax in your country or not.
