Taggrip User Guide
Charge it like a transportation card and use it anywhere!
What is Taggrip?
Taggrip is a rechargeable contactless transportation card that can be used at all affiliated stores.
Convenient Charging & Balance Check/Recovery
You can easily charge and check your balance using the "Contactless Charging App." (It is also available at certain convenience stores.)
If there is a balance discrepancy, simply tap the card on the app, and it will automatically check and recover the balance. (A recharge receipt will be issued automatically.)
Loss/Refund Safety Service
By registering for the loss/refund service in the "Contactless Charging App," you can get a refund or recover the balance in case the card is lost during use.
Don't forget to register for basic benefits!
Income Tax Deduction
Available after registering in the "Contactless Charging App."
Child/Youth Discount Registration
To apply transportation fare discounts, register the date of birth at the point of purchase.

How to Recharge Taggrip
- The recharge and usage method is the same as a prepaid transportation card.
(Rechargeable with cash at subway stations, convenience stores, or via mobile contactless charging.)
- When recharging through the contactless charging app using card payments, a 3% service fee will be applied to the transaction account.
- If recharging through a mobile carrier bill, a 6% service fee will be applied.
- Please check for any external defects after receiving the product and recharge before use.

Usage Precautions

If multiple transportation products are used together, discounts may not apply when transferring.

When using an Android smartphone, disable NFC before tagging or making payments with the transportation card.
(If NFC is enabled, it may cause conflicts with Samsung transportation cards.)

If the product is dropped or bent, the internal electronic components may be damaged.

When making a transportation card payment, be sure to tap the card on the reader with the keyring facing up three times.
(If tapped only once, the device may not recognize the card correctly due to interference with smartphone electronics.)

For iPhone 7 and later models running iOS 13 or above, mobile Cashbee service is available.
(iPhones come with built-in NFC functionality from iPhone 7 onwards, and NFC is supported from iOS 13 and above.)
How to Register for Child/Youth Discounts

Child fare applies to ages 6 to 12, and youth fare applies to ages 13 to 18.
- To receive transportation fare discounts, children and youth must register their birthdate at convenience stores (7-Eleven, CU, GS25).
(If not registered, standard fares will be applied.)

Income Tax Deduction Benefit Guide
- After signing up on the EZL website (www.myEZL.com) and registering your card, you can apply for an income tax deduction. Once the application is complete, you will be eligible for tax deduction benefits for subsequent usage.
- When registering on the website, you can find your card number on the back bottom of the Taggrip keyring.
(Enter the 16-digit number excluding the letter 'B'.)
Balance Transfer/Refund
- If you want to transfer your remaining balance to a new product, visit a nearby convenience store and request to move the balance to a new transportation card.
(Balance transfer is available only for amounts of 20,000 KRW or less.)
- In normal cases, balance refunds are possible, excluding the product purchase cost. (Please contact customer service for more details.)
(However, lost or damaged products are not eligible for a balance refund.)
